NWDDA Annual Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities
The Northwest District Dental Association (NWDDA) would like to invite your company to be a sponsor for our Annual Meeting, held during the summer of each year. Dental sponsors like you are very important to our meeting, and experience a great deal of exposure to Florida's dental professionals. The 2012 NWDDA Annual Meeting will be held February 17-18, 2012 at the Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front.
Sponsorship levels vary, from our exhibitor level, the Bronze Sponsorship, to our exclusive Platinum Sponsorship. All NWDDA Annual Meeting Sponsors are given exhibit space at the Annual Meeting. Exhibits are set up convenient to participant traffic, enabling convenient, opportune contact with our attendees.
Exhibits are open from 8:00 am-4:30 pm both days of the meeting. Speaker presentations begin at 9:00 am and conclude at 4:30 pm. There are morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch is scheduled from 12:00-1:30 pm. Exhibit set up begins at 7:00 am. Exhibits consist of one 6 foot draped table top.
