Meeting Location

Lunch and Learn
Participants can avoid the resort lunch rush and enjoy an exceptional boxed lunch while sitting in on relevant and informative learning sessions, featuring table topics relating to clinical, practice and life management. Tech Talk Pub Crawle
A new feature of the NWDDA Annual Meeting, the Tech Talk Pub Crawle will be held Friday evening, where attendees enjoy drinks and snacks while being challenged to visit themed sponsor tables for the chance to win fantastic prizes. Additional fee required.

Annual Golf Tournament
All attendees are invited to indulge in an afternoon of golf at The Links Course Sandestin, beginning at 12:00 pm on Friday, February 17, 2017. The Links Course is a true shot makers course, designed by renowned architect Tom Jackson. The winding layout runs against the backdrop of the Baytowne Marina and Choctawatchee Bay, and has been named one of the “Top Five Golf Courses in Northwest Florida,” as well as one of the “Top 100 Courses in Florida” by Florida Golf News. 18 hole play includes boxed lunch. Business of Dentistry
This session features breakfast, and is sponsored by Carr Riggs & Ingram CPAs and Advisors, Harrison Sale McCloy Law Firm, and Summit Bank. The course provides discussion focusing on strategies for those entering into their dental careers, as well as exit strategies for more established dentists that are transitioning, leaving a practice, or retiring. All at no cost to all registered attendees!

Take part in early bird registration and register to attend by January 6, 2017 for an exclusive $10 early bird registration discount. Registrations submitted after January 27, 2017 will incur a $25 late registration fee. Pre-registration ends on February 10, 2017. Cancellations
All requests for cancellation or refund must be made in writing to NWDDA by January 17, 2017. A cancellation processing fee of $25 will be charged per registration. No refund will be given if cancellation is received after January 17, 2017. No refunds will be given on site.
