Meeting Location

The 2010 NWDDA Annual Meeting will be held at Bay Point Marriott Golf Resort & Spa, 4200 Marriott Drive, Panama City Beach, overlooking beautiful St. Andrews Bay.

Registration

You may download a registration brochure for the 2010 NWDDA Annual Meeting here. A registration form is attached to the brochure. Please fill it out and mail it or fax it back to NWDDA headquarters at 850.391.9311.

Pre-register by July 1, 2010 for an exclusive $10 registration discount. Registrations submitted after August 1, 2010 will incur a $25 late registration fee. Early registration ends on August 9, 2010. Anyone who would like to register after August 9 must do so on site.

Cancellations

All requests for cancellation or refund must be made in writing to NWDDA by July 1, 2010. A cancellation processing fee of 15% will be charged. No refund will be given if a cancellation is received after July 1, 2010. No refunds will be given on site.

Housing Information

Make sure and make your reservations at Bay Point Marriott Golf Resort & Spa as soon as possible. In order to guarantee the special NWDDA rate, hotel reservations must be made by July 12, 2010.
